The hotel's location is advantageous with easy access to public transportation. Staff members provided helpful directions and assisted with journey planning. I appreciated the provision of complimentary luggage storage post-checkout. Rooms were clean and contained a kettle for making tea.
I was slightly concerned each time I used it. It also felt small with only two people inside.

i found the reception service to be available 24/7. the staff were very friendly and helpful making my check-in smooth. a bus stop is conveniently located right in front providing easy access to the city. they offer a ride to the center in approximately 15~20 minutes i timed it.
i noticed the sink drained a bit slowly it took a couple of minutes for the water to clear after using it.
